When you ask for a quote. The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the town you are in, details about your home or business, and anything you choose to add in your message.

When you apply for a job. If you email us about a position, we receive what you include in your message, such as your name, experience and availability.

When you read the site. Reading the site does not ask you for anything. Our hosting provider receives the technical details that every web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, prepare your quote, schedule and carry out your cleaning, and keep a record of the work we have done for you. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, who help us run the website and our business.

• Vlad Pereira Web Design, which builds and manages this website, receives a copy of each quote request so that none are lost and so it can report to us on how the website is working.

Information stored outside Canada
